Returns
GlycoMode refund policy, step by step
To refund a GlycoMode order, call the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID inside the 60-day window, then post the bottles to 1370 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 4, New York, NY 10019, USA with your full name, email and order ID inside the box. You pay the postage and should use tracking. The refund posts 3 to 5 business days after the desk credits the order, then a further 5 to 10 days for the card to post it.

Procedure
Six steps, in the order they have to happen
This is the mechanical page. The 60-day guarantee itself, what it covers and what it is not, is set out separately.
A refund on this product is a telephone process followed by a parcel. There is no self-service portal, no returns label emailed to you and no automatic pickup. The order of the steps matters more than it would elsewhere, and doing them out of order costs days.
Call the order desk first, inside the window
+1 (302) 200-3480, open Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. Have the order ID from your confirmation email in front of you before you dial. The call has to happen inside the 60 days, and it has to happen before the parcel moves: a box that arrives unannounced is a box nobody is expecting.
Write down what you are told
The date, the name of the person you spoke to, and any reference number they give you. This takes ten seconds and it is the only record you will have of the conversation, because the process is a telephone one rather than a portal with a history.
Put three things in the box with the bottles
Your full name, your email address and your order ID, written on a sheet of paper inside the parcel. A box of bottles with no name in it cannot be matched to an order, and an unmatched return is the single most common way a refund stalls.
Post it to the returns address, tracked, at your own cost
1370 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 4, New York, NY 10019, USA. This is not the office address and the two are not interchangeable. You pay the postage, and you should pay the small extra for tracking, because proof of delivery is what settles a disagreement about whether the parcel arrived.
Wait for the desk to credit the order
The published timing is 3 to 5 business days after the desk credits it. Keep the tracking number until the credit appears; it is the thing the desk will ask for if anything is unclear.
Watch the card, then call again if it does not post
A card refund takes a further 5 to 10 days to appear after the credit is issued, and it usually lands back on the card you paid with rather than as a transfer. If nothing has appeared after that, call the desk with the return tracking number.
Addresses
Two addresses, two desks, and which is which
More returns go wrong on this point than on any other. There are two street addresses attached to this operation and they do different jobs. One takes bottles. The other does not.
There are also two desks. The order desk can see your order, your payment and your dispatch record. The website desk can see this website. An email asking the website desk to refund an order will be answered with a telephone number, which is a day lost for no reason.

| Destination | Detail | What it handles | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Returns address | 1370 Avenue of the Americas, Floor 4, New York, NY 10019, USA | Bottles being sent back under the guarantee | Always. This is the only address for a physical return. |
| Office address | 419 Park Avenue South, Floor 7, New York, NY 10016, USA | Correspondence about this website | Never send bottles here. A return posted to the office is a return that has to be forwarded, if it moves at all. |
| Order desk | +1 (302) 200-3480 | Orders, tracking, changes and refunds | The call that starts a refund. Open Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. |
| Website desk | [email protected] | Pages, typos, privacy and press | Cannot see your order, your payment or your parcel. It will reply with the phone number. |
Timing
The two clocks, and where the unpublished gap sits
The seller publishes the refund timing as 3 to 5 business days after the desk credits the order, then a further 5 to 10 days for the card to post it. That is clear as far as it goes, and it stops short of the part you might care about most: how long the return itself takes to reach the returns address, which depends on the service you choose and is not published because it is not the seller’s to publish.
| When | What happens | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Day 1 | You order | Assume the 60-day window opens here; the start date is not published. |
| By day 60 | You call the desk with your order ID | The call has to be inside the window. Leaving it to day 59 leaves no room for anything. |
| Then | You post the bottles, tracked, at your cost | Transit time is yours and it is not published, so allow for it when you decide to call. |
| After the desk credits the order | 3 to 5 business days | The first of the two published stages, in the seller’s own words. |
| After that | A further 5 to 10 days | The card network posting the credit back to your statement. |
Add it up honestly and a refund on a parcel posted late in the window can take the better part of a month from the call to the credit landing. That is not a criticism of this seller in particular; it is how telephone-and-parcel returns work. It is, however, the reason to make the call at day 50 rather than day 59.

Partial packs
The question the listing does not answer
If you bought six bottles, opened two and want to send four back, the honest answer to what happens next is that we do not know, because it is not written down anywhere we could read. The guarantee is stated as 60 days and a returns address. It does not say whether a refund is prorated, whether opened bottles are accepted, or whether a handling charge applies.
We could fill that gap with a confident paragraph and most sites would. Instead: not published. Ask the desk on the first call, get the answer before you pay for postage, and write down who told you. If the answer you are given differs from anything on this page, the desk is the authority and we would like to know so we can correct it.
If it stalls
Four situations, and what actually moves each one
The refund has not appeared
Count the two clocks separately before worrying: 3 to 5 business days for the desk, then 5 to 10 days for the card. If both have passed, call +1 (302) 200-3480 with your order ID and the return tracking number.
The parcel was delivered but nothing happened
This is why the tracking number matters. Proof of delivery turns a disagreement into a lookup. Quote the carrier, the tracking number and the delivery date on the call.
You returned part of a pack
Whether a part-used or partly returned pack is refunded in full, in part or not at all is not published on the listing. Ask on the first call, before you post, and write the answer down.
The desk and your bank disagree
A card payment gives you a dispute route with your own bank that runs independently of the seller. It is slower and it is a last resort, but it exists, and it is the practical reason to pay by card rather than by transfer.
Keep three things until the money is back: the order ID, the return tracking number, and the date of the call. Every one of the four situations above is resolved faster by somebody holding those three than by somebody explaining the story again.
