Privacy policy
This website publishes product information. It has no accounts, sets no cookies, runs no analytics and never takes a payment: checkout happens on the seller’s domain. What it does hold is server logs and any email you send the website desk. This page says exactly what that means.

What this policy covers, and what it does not
It covers goglycomode.com, the website. It does not cover the seller’s checkout, which is a different company on a different domain.
goglycomode.com is operated by Goglycomode, the U.S. stocking partner for GlycoMode. This policy describes what happens to information when you read these pages or write to the website desk. Last reviewed September 22, 2026.
There is a boundary running through the middle of this document and it is worth understanding before anything else. This website publishes product information. It does not take orders, it does not take payments and it holds no customer records. When you click a buy link you leave this site for the seller’s checkout, and from that click onwards your information is handled by that company under its own privacy terms, not under this page.
This policy describes what actually happens rather than every eventuality a template can imagine. If something here is wrong, write to [email protected] and we will correct it.

Server logs are the only automatic collection here, and they are the ordinary byproduct of a web server answering a request: which page, when, from which network address, from which browser. We read them in aggregate when a page is slow or an image is broken, and to block abusive traffic. We build no profile, attach no name, and pass them to nobody.
Cookies and analytics
What this site does not load
Most policies in this position describe a consent banner. This one describes an absence.
This website sets no cookies. It writes nothing to your browser’s local storage or session storage. It carries no advertising pixel, no remarketing tag, no heat-mapping script and no third-party analytics package. That is checkable rather than a promise: open the developer tools in your browser, load any page on this site and look at the storage and network tabs.
One third-party request does leave your browser. The pages load two typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts those servers and they see the ordinary technical details of a request, including your network address. We receive nothing back from it.
The redirect at order/ sends you to the seller’s checkout. That destination is a different site and it may well set cookies of its own, including ones that record which site sent you. That is how the seller knows an order came through these pages, and it is the mechanism by which this site earns. We disclose it rather than describing it as a partnership.

What the order desk holds, and what this website holds
They are different organisations with different records, and confusing them is the most common reason a request goes to the wrong place.

Handles pages, typos, corrections, privacy questions and press, Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm ET. It holds email threads and server logs. It cannot look up an order, cannot see a payment, cannot change a delivery address and cannot issue a refund, because it has no access to any of those systems.

Handles orders, tracking, changes and refunds. It holds your name, delivery address, contact details, order history and payment record, under the seller’s terms. Every request about an order, a parcel or money belongs here, including a request to delete order data.
Third parties, in full: the hosting provider that serves these pages and keeps the server logs, the font service described above, and the seller that operates the checkout and the order desk. There is no advertising network, no email marketing platform, no customer-data platform and no analytics vendor, because this site does not run any of those things.
Your rights
What you can ask for, and how to ask
Written in the shape of the CCPA and GDPR rights, because they are the most demanding, and applied to everybody who writes to us regardless of where they live.
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, and object to our holding it at all. You can also ask us to confirm that we do not sell or share personal information, and the answer will be that we do not. We do not discriminate against anybody for making a request, which costs us nothing to promise because there is no service here to withhold.
In practice the honest answer to most requests addressed to this website is that we hold nothing about you beyond a log entry that cannot be tied to a person, and an email thread if you have written to us. Send the request to [email protected] from the address you wrote from. If it is about an order it has to go to the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480, and we will not pretend to forward what we cannot reach.
This site is intended for adults 18 and over. It is not directed at children, it carries nothing aimed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. The label itself says children under the age of 18 should consult a physician before using this or any dietary supplement. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.
Changes and contact
How this page is kept honest
A privacy policy that never changes is usually one nobody reads.
If this site starts doing something that affects your information, this page changes before the site does, and the review date at the top of it moves. We do not keep a hidden archive of previous versions: if you want to know what a line said before it changed, ask and we will tell you. There is no mailing list to notify, because there is no mailing list.

No. We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we do not run an advertising network. There is no data broker relationship to disclose because there is no data to broker.
What does the order desk hold that this website does not?
Everything to do with your order. Name, delivery address, email, phone number, what you bought and the payment record all sit with the seller’s order desk, on the seller’s systems, under the seller’s privacy terms. This website never sees any of it.
How do I ask what you hold about me?
Email [email protected] from the address you wrote to us from. If we hold an email thread with you we will send it back or delete it, whichever you ask for. For order data, the request has to go to the order desk on +1 (302) 200-3480, because that is where it lives.
Is this site certified or audited for privacy?
No, and we are not going to imply otherwise. This page describes what the site actually does. It is not a certification, no third party has audited it, and no badge on this site represents a privacy standard.
