That sentence sets the boundary for everything else on this site. A dietary supplement is not reviewed for effectiveness before it goes on sale, and no authority has looked at this formula and agreed that it does anything. The asterisks on the front of the bottle point at this line.
That is not a scandal and it is not unique to this product: it is how the category works, and the FDA publishes a plain-language explanation of it. What it means is that any claim about what this product will do to a blood test has nothing official behind it.

The label itself directs several groups to a physician before the first capsule, and that instruction is printed on the bottle rather than added by us: Do not exceed recommended dose. Two ingredients in this blend are studied for lowering blood glucose and one interacts with blood pressure and blood thinning medicines. If you take any prescription medicine, the ingredient list belongs in front of your prescriber first.

What the published record supports, and what it does not
There is no trial on this formula to quote, so this section quotes what there is.
No human trial on the finished GlycoMode formula has been published. That is not a technicality: it means every statement about what this product does is a statement about individual ingredients, studied separately, usually at doses larger than this entire blend weighs, and usually not in this form. Individual responses differ by diet, by sleep, by medication, by the reason somebody bought the bottle in the first place, and by chance.
The eight reviews the seller supplied are the only customer reports that exist on this site. They were supplied by the seller, we did not write them, we did not commission them and we cannot verify them. The usual response to that disclosure is a promise of independence, which is worth nothing on its own. Here is something checkable instead. The home page opens with the blend-name finding rather than with a benefit. The buyer’s checklist scores this product as failing four of its eight rows. The blood sugar guide mentions the product once, at the end, to say it is not a substitute for anything. Judge the disclosure by those, not by an assurance.

What we do not know
The open list, published rather than buried
Each line is something we went looking for and did not find. Each one comes off this list the day it is published.
- Individual milligram amounts inside the 1000 mg Test Boost Proprietary Blend.
- Any explanation of why a blend printed as Test Boost sits in a product sold for blood health, which is the biggest open question on this label.
- A typed price list from the seller. The three prices on this site are the pack ladder we were given; the checkout is what governs, and it confirms the figure before you pay.
- When the guarantee clock starts. The listing gives the length of the window but not the date it opens, so we assume the order date, which is the shorter reading.
- The distributor's street address - the label prints the Vitalifes name only.
- A separate sales email address. Order questions go to the phone desk.
- The third-party certificate of analysis document (only the CoA number was given).
- Any published human trial on the finished GlycoMode formula.
The second line is the one that matters most, and it is the reason this site looks the way it does. The front of the bottle says Blood Health Support Capsules. The Supplement Facts panel on the back declares the active formula as the Test Boost Proprietary Blend at 1000 mg, and two of the nine names inside it are men’s vitality ingredients. No explanation has been published anywhere we can find. We have not found an answer, we are not going to invent one, and we are not going to quietly rename the blend to make the page read better.
Two other lines would change what this site can honestly say. A certificate of analysis document for lot GLY-26/GO-8205 would let us describe this product as tested rather than as claiming a test. A published human trial on the finished formula would let us describe it as studied. Until either exists, the pages say what the label says and nothing more.
