Two desks, and they do different jobs
There are two ways to reach a human about GlycoMode and they are not interchangeable. Sending a question to the wrong one does not usually get it forwarded; it gets it answered with the other one’s details, a day later. So this page starts with the difference rather than with a form.

This desk is the one you want if something on goglycomode.com is wrong. Send the page and the sentence, and if you are right we will change the page and say what changed rather than editing it quietly. Corrections are the cheapest thing a site like this can do and the one that decides whether any of the rest is worth reading.
What it is not is a second route to the order desk. Every week a supplement site like this one receives emails that begin “my order has not arrived”, and every one of them is answered with a telephone number, which wastes a day of somebody’s time for no reason at all. We hold no order records, we do not process payments, and we have no way of looking anything up on your behalf.

The third row is not an oversight. The label carries the VITALIFES brand mark and a Made in USA flag, and no street address for whoever made the capsules. That is ordinary on this shelf and it is still a gap, because it means the only addresses you can write to are a stocking partner’s office and a returns warehouse. Neither of them formulated the product.
One thing neither desk can do, and it is the most important sentence on this page: nobody here can tell you whether this product is safe alongside your medication.
